CPAP POINT SHIPPING POLICY

CPAP Point reserves the right to withhold shipment or cancel orders (without notice) pending an investigation into the legitimacy of an order, if the order appears to be suspicious or fraudulent. We also reserve the right to limit quantities of items shipped and billed in the event that an order contains unusually high quantities of items.

Shipping Method

CPAP Point offers FREE Canada Wide shipping on all orders over $100 (Canada Post Expedited Parcel).
If you have a preferred method of shipping, this can be arranged at your cost.
Free shipping does not apply for orders outside of Canada. Regular international shipping rates will be applied to orders shipping to the USA, please email us for a quote for international orders at info@cpappoint.com. 


When Will My Order Be Shipped?


Most orders placed before 4:00pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday will be shipped within 1 business day. From time to time, due to stock availability and issues beyond our control, orders may take longer to ship. You will be notified by email if this is the case. Tracking information will be provided.
