CPAP POINT RETURN POLICY

Acceptable Returns
CPAP Point will accept returns on any unused, unopened product within 30 days of the original ship date. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and a 20% restocking fee will apply for all returned items. Please note that any product that has been opened or used cannot be returned. A CPAP, APAP or BiPAP machine is considered to be used if there are any hours of use on the machine.


Refunds will only be issued once the returned product is received and inspected by CPAP Point staff. If the product is deemed to be worthy of return, a refund will be issued for the amount of the product. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount refunded. Shipping fees resulting from sending the product to the customer when it was purchased will also be deducted from the amount refunded.

NOTE: prior to returning a product to CPAP Point, please contact our office to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number at info@cpappoint.com. At that time, you will be provided instructions as to the how to proceed with the return. 


In order to avoid unnecessary returns, if you are unsure of sizing, product features or compatibility, please contact us. Our knowledgeable staff will be happy to assist you. We can be reached Toll Free at 1-877-319-2727 from Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm Eastern Time.

Manufacturer Warranties
If a product is received with an "out of box" defect, please contact our office Toll Free at 1-877-319-2727 within 24 hours of receiving the product and we will be happy to assist in ensuring you receive a replacement item. If you call after hours or on a weekend, we will return your call the next business day. In the case of an "out of box" defect, replacement product will be sent upon CPAP Point receiving and inspecting the defective product. Shipping of the product to CPAP Point is the responsibility of the customer. CPAP Point will then cover shipping of replacement/repaired product from our location to the customer.

CPAP, APAP, or BiPAP machines are sold with a 3-year manufacturer's warranty. Misuse, neglect, abuse or water damage will invalidate the warranty period. If your machine malfunctions while under warranty, please contact our office Toll Free at 1-877-319-2727 or at info@cpapppoint.com for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number to be issued to you. You will be provided instructions as to what steps to take next. Please note that warranty decisions are made exclusively by the manufacturer and that CPAP Point cannot be held responsible for the manufacturer denying a warranty claim. Please also note that machine repairs can take as long as 6 weeks. If you require a machine during that time, rental machines are available for a fee.

CPAP masks are subject to a 60-day warranty.
