What Prescription Requirements Are Needed For CPAP Supplies?

For CPAP, APAP and BiPAP machine purchases:

Purchasing a CPAP/APAP/BiLevel-PAP machine requires a valid prescription from a medical doctor. If you are purchasing a PAP machine, please send your prescription to CPAPPoint by a method listed below. Your PAP machine will not be shipped to you prior to CPAPPoint receiving your prescription.

For oxygen concentrators:
